HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Yorktown Systems Group (YSG), a leading provider of mission-critical services and solutions to the Department of Defense and federal government, today announced the appointment of Rudolph “Rudy” Lindsey as Vice President of Business Capture and Intelligence.
In this role, Lindsey will lead YSG’s strategic capture efforts, intelligence-market growth, customer engagement, and industry partnerships across the Department of Defense, U.S. Special Operations Command, Intelligence Community, and broader federal market.

Lindsey brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning business growth, military special operations, intelligence, sensitive activities, and federal contracting. Prior to joining YSG, he held senior executive leadership positions focused on growth, capture, and Special Operations Forces market development. Throughout his career, he has built and executed multi-year growth strategies, shaped high-value pursuits, established strategic industry partnerships, and led complex capture and proposal efforts supporting critical defense and national-security missions.
A decorated U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, Lindsey held command, executive, operational, and instructional assignments supporting Special Operations Forces and Intelligence Community missions worldwide. His combination of executive business experience and operational expertise provides a deep understanding of customer priorities, mission requirements, and the capabilities needed to address complex national-security challenges.
Lindsey’s appointment reflects YSG’s continued investment in its growth organization and its commitment to expanding the company’s support to defense, special operations, intelligence, and federal customers.
