Yorktown Systems Group Announces 2025 Employees of the Year

HUNTSVILLE, AL – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc., (YSG), is proud to recognize five outstanding employees as the 2025 Employees of the Year:  Dariam King, Tamika Davis, Scott Tsuda, Jamie Stevenson, and Miles McGlammory. These individuals exemplify the company’s core values through exceptional dedication, leadership, and service.


Director of the Year: Dariam King

Director of Enterprise Assurance 

Since joining YSG in 2013, Dariam has long been an indispensable asset to the team. She began in a Systems Administrator contract role and steadily advanced through Technical Writer, IT/Portal Coordinator & Proposal Analyst, IT Manager, and Director of IT, culminating in her current role as Director of Enterprise Assurance. In 2025, she most notably led the IT team and other key players to achieve CMMC Level 2 certification, passing the assessment with a perfect score of 110. Her accomplishments, leadership, and embodiment of YSG’s core values have not only continued this year but expanded in ways that directly strengthened the company’s posture, reputation, and operational excellence.

Manager of the Year: Tamika Davis

Manager of Finance and Accounting 

In her nine years with YSG, Tamika has become an invaluable partner across the organization through her precision, strategic insight, and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance. Known for her integrity and steady leadership under pressure, she approaches every challenge with a solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Tamika’s growing expertise in Costpoint—paired with her determination to find answers and resolve issues quickly—has strengthened project outcomes and increased confidence across teams. She has also played a critical role in advancing Foundation 1781, contributing research, development, and implementation efforts that help ensure the organization consistently delivers on its mission.

The Unconventional Employee of the Year: Scott Tsuda

Director of Operations 

Since joining YSG/TU in 2018, Scott has consistently led with integrity, accountability, and mission-first focus, earning the trust of teammates, customers, and partners alike. Drawing on more than 30 years of service as a Special Forces Sergeant Major, he brings unmatched experience, credibility, and principled leadership to the government industry. Scott consistently demonstrates the organization’s core values through principled leadership, dependable follow-through, and a commitment to excellence. His steady guidance and trusted reputation have driven organizational growth, strengthened international partnerships, and elevated the company’s standing with both government and industry stakeholders worldwide.

Program Employee of the Year: Jamie Stevenson

FLKS Operational Environment Integration (OEI) Task Lead / DATE Analyst

In Jamie’s 5 years with YSG, he has become an indispensable asset supporting the Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) G-2 at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. In his role as Operational Environment Integration Task Lead and DATE/Force Structure Analyst, Jamie is recognized for his technical excellence, strong leadership presence, and unwavering commitment to mission success. His consistency, initiative, and dedication to YSG’s values have strengthened team effectiveness and reinforced customer trust, making him a standout contributor across the organization.

Staff Employee of the Year: Miles McGlammory

Proposal Coordinator

Since joining the team in 2023, Miles has quickly established himself as a high performer within the Proposal Development Center. As a Proposal Coordinator, Miles manages the end-to-end logistics of creating, organizing, and submitting high-quality proposals by coordinating contributors, schedules, compliance requirements, and final production to meet client deadlines. He is well regarded as someone with an unwavering commitment to Yorktown’s values and holds high standards of professionalism, commitment, and integrity.
