Matt McMillan joined YSG in 2020 and quickly established himself as a dedicated and results-driven leader. Since becoming the YSG TRADOC G-2 Deputy Program Manager, he has continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership, commitment to duty, honor and integrity. As evident in both his role as Deputy Program Manager and Senior Network Engagement Analyst, his proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork fosters a culture of excellence and accountability, making a lasting impact on the organization and its customers.

Since assuming the role of Manager of IT and ISSM in July 2023, Dan Prewitt has made a profound impact on the organization. His technical expertise, strong work ethic, and approachable leadership have been instrumental in addressing complex IT challenges, often transforming obstacles into opportunities and showcasing his dedication to the company’s core values and success. Earning his CISSP certification and spearheading critical cloud environment projects highlight his dedication to YSG’s pursuit of excellence. Dan is well-regarded for fostering a positive workplace atmosphere where his sense of humor and willingness to help others demonstrates his respect for his colleagues and commitment to creating a supportive work environment.

A subject matter expert in electrification, Charles Abbey has played a pivotal role in developing key capabilities for the MCDID Solider Requirements Division. With over 11 years of experience, he continues to provide invaluable support to customers and stakeholders. Throughout the program’s transition, he has remained committed to delivering exceptional support to his direct customers and stakeholders. Beyond his professional excellence, Charles is a dedicated leader and mentor for the Boy Scouts of America, helping more than 28 scouts earn their Eagle Scout Award, and enthusiastically volunteers at events such as the National Jamboree.

Staff Employee of the Year: Kelsee Tucker

Since joining YSG in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant, Kelsee Tucker has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to learning, adaptability, and excellence. Over the years, she has grown into roles as a Human Resource Specialist; Program Management Assistant; AWG Recruitment, Assessment, and Selection (RAS) Specialist; and Operations Specialist. Now serving as one of YSG’s primary corporate and operations recruiters, Kelsee’s diverse experience and willingness to embrace new challenges have made her an indispensable member of the team. Her ongoing dedicated support to multiple YSG customers, to various internal departments, and to YSG’s entire workforce, has made her a clear choice for Staff Employee of the Year.
