Tyrone Lawrence serves as Senior Incentive and Proficiency Data Analyst in Fort Bragg, NC. He has been an invaluable employee to Yorktown and the customer. He shows consistent integrity everyday by displaying honesty, good character, good principle(s), ethics, morals, fairness, and trustworthiness in his work.
Tyrone has demonstrated time and time again, his attention to detail is at the highest standard. He constantly demonstrates a willingness to work until all assigned task are complete. Tyrone’s honesty is intentional and authentic, and he is never questioned by soldiers, superiors, or his peers in the organization. He is a true leader and always provides sound advice to the customer and his peers and subordinates. He always treats co-workers and the client with courtesy and respect. Tyrone has been a pivotal part of several projects that have greatly impacted the future of the LREC Program and is revered as a Subject Matter Expert. He is a true team player and will assist anyone who seeks his assistance without hesitation. He is accountable for all his actions and does not waiver on decisions and/or actions.
LREC Program Manager, Patrick Rousey, states, “Tyrone has been extremely instrumental in ensuring all soldier needs, wants, and desires are met through recommending changes to policy, regulations and messages affecting the LREC program. He consistently displays teamwork and a willingness to work with little guidance and minimal supervision. He constantly strives to make improvements both in the execution of Foreign Language Pay (FLP) and also in the management of all Control Language Changes, which affect our ability to support the Theatre Special Operations Command (TSOC’s). Tyrone’s dedication to the LREC program and his specific customer is evident by his untiring desire to ensure any and all policies are provided to this command.”
