Fort Benning, GA – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (Yorktown) announces the selection of Carrie Rodgers as the Employee of the Month for January 2019.
Carrie Rodgers serves as the Yorktown Research Analyst at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Program Evaluation Office (PEO) at Fort Benning, Georgia. Carrie utilizes her technical editing skills to review all materials the team produces, ensuring adherence to the American Psychological Association standard. She maintains personal contact with government customers for various departments in which her evaluation rubrics are used and ensures they meet all expectations. Carrie is instrumental in collecting data from a large trainee population for three of the major programs the team evaluates. She has improved the team’s standard operation procedures and continually identifies methods to build efficiencies into the data collection plans and instruments. Carrie always has a cheerful disposition and eagerly attacks her daily tasks and workload. She is positive and creates an environment where those around her feel welcome. Carrie consistently gathers information from the government customers to ensure the rubrics the team creates meet the intent of the division supervisor. She supports all team data collection efforts, making sure materials are available and ready prior to the collection date.
Yorktown MCoE PEO Project Manager, Darin Nunn, states, “Ms. Rodgers has been instrumental to the success of the MCoE PEO team’s various program evaluations. She has quickly assimilated, thoroughly researched the various programs, and is an integral part of the team. She enables the team to produce quality data collection instruments and plan data collection for the six major programs for which the team is responsible.
