Fort Meade, Maryland – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (Yorktown) announces the selection of Dale Rock as the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) Employee of the 4th Quarter of 2018.
Dale Rock joined the Yorktown Team in July 2017 as an Operational Advisor and now serves as a Leader Development Troop Specialist at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Dale has been operating as the AWG subject matter expert for subterranean operations. Dale is a key member of the team and is charged with delivering subterranean operations capabilities to active Army units. Dale has an outstanding ability to transfer his expertise across three training pillars of the Mobile Training Team (MTT); he exemplifies the Yorktown Guiding Principle of the Pursuit of Excellence. He provides heavy breaching, technical detection, and enabler integration classes sometimes with very short notice. No other member of the MTT has been charged to deliver on such a wide subject area in a short time span.
