As the Language, Regional Expertise and Culture (LREC) Program Assistant, Nancy Kate Baugher has streamlined the administrative processes within the LREC program. She shows consistent integrity by displaying honesty, good character, good principles, fairness, and trustworthiness in her day-to-day work. Nancy Kate’s work ethic allows the LREC Program Manager, Patrick Rousey, the ability to focus his time and effort on the large, overlying tasks and functions of the LREC Program. Patrick Rousey said, “Nancy Kate has been instrumental in reducing the amount of administrative issues that impact the LREC Operations day-to-day. Her teamwork and willingness to work with little guidance and limited supervision has allowed the Program Management Office and I to focus on other aspects of the LREC Program.” She excels in anticipating potential issues and difficulties and actively developing solutions. Her open communication with all employees and management involved with the LREC Program consistently results in providing quality resolution to any questions or issues. Nancy Kate treats her co-workers and customers with respect, which enables her to work effortlessly across departments involved with the LREC Program.
