Huntsville, AL – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (YSG), is proud to announce the selection of Mrs. Edivia Morales as the Language, Regional Expertise, and Cultural (LREC) Program Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2018.

Edivia is the Language Instructional Developer (LID) for the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), (1st SFC (A)). Edivia is directly responsible for ensuring the quality of the language program, instructional delivery and execution, language curriculum modifications, assessment, and instructors’ professional development. Edivia’s knowledge and skills regarding instructional practices and curriculum are unparalleled.

Edivia applied her understanding of the organizational needs and requirements to increase job satisfaction and commitment. This resulted in increased employee performance and productivity for the team. Edivia began building and developing a cohesive team by focusing on each instructor’s strengths, support, encouragement, mentoring, and providing them with performance feedback. Edivia’s work performance adheres to the highest standards.
