President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Bryan is a retired Army officer with a distinguished career as an infantryman and comptroller. His assignments in the Army ranged from duty in Special Operations and Airborne units to commanding an infantry battalion. Bryan is a veteran of Operation Just Cause in the Republic of Panama, Operations Desert Shield/Storm in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, the Kosovo Campaign, and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
Bryan founded Yorktown in 2008 and has consistently grown the company from 1 employee in 2008 to over 700 employees today, with multiple prime contract awards from Federal agencies. To date, all projects have been performed successfully with excellent customer ratings. Yorktown offers capabilities training and education, modeling and simulation, language and cultural Learning, management analysis, administrative services and integrated logistics
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University. His military awards include two Bronze Star Medals, the Global War on Terror Service Medal, the Army Expeditionary Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Kosovo Campaign Medal, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Combat Infantryman's Badge, and is a recipient of the National Infantry Association’s Order of St. Maurice.
Bryan has been the majority owner and President/CEO of Yorktown Systems Group since 2008.

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
A recognized leader in the government contracting industry, Nancy has over 17 years’ experience in Management, Business Development, Proposal Management, Contract Management, Customer Relationship Management, Trade Show Coordination, and Marketing. Nancy worked for several DoD Industry corporations during her career prior to founding Yorktown; rising from a marketing representative to the position of Senior Vice President of a $250 million/year company. She has in-depth experience working with the General Services Administration (GSA), Missile Defense Agency, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, and the Department of Defense.
In the role of Yorktown CAO, Nancy is responsible for managing the Headquarters staff; professional, timely, and compliant submission of all proposal responses; as well as handling all contractual requirements for the organization.
Nancy has been the minority owner of Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. since 2008, and has been instrumental in supporting company growth and developing company processes and procedures, as well as developing the company culture and vision.
Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Suzanne has 20 years of experience with government contracting companies. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, she began her career in the contracts department and rapidly progressed as an accountant, ultimately becoming VP of Finance. She has experience in implementing competitive pricing structures for proposals, audit support, automating inter-company processes, delivering successful contract execution, and streamlining accounting and budget analyses. Suzanne brings a wide range of expertise to Yorktown, working with both small and large businesses and directly supporting the government customer.
In the role of Yorktown CFO, Suzanne will aid in the restructuring of the Finance department as the company continues to transition and grow into a large business.
Suzanne holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Senior Vice President, Operations
Chris Hardy has over 30 years of experience as a leader for both Yorktown and in the Army. Chris retired from the Army in February 2013 after 27 years of military service, with most recent military assignments as the Command Sergeant Major for the Maneuver Center of Excellence and Fort Benning and the Regimental Command Sergeant Major for the 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Benning, GA. Chris’ initial combat deployment was to Somalia with TASK FORCE RANGER. Subsequently, he deployed numerous times in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM and OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM.
Chris joined Yorktown in 2013 as the Dismounted Counter Improvised Explosive Device Tactics Master Trainer Mobile Training Team Program Manager for the Maneuver Center of Excellence and Fort Benning, Georgia. In May 2016, Chris assumed duties as Vice President for Missile Defense Agency Operations and TEAMS Office Administration Contract Program Manager. In Sep 2017, Chris assumed duties as the Vice President for the Business Solutions Division, overseeing numerous Yorktown contracts and task orders supporting our customers around the globe.
Chris’ civilian education includes a Master in Education – Training and Development from Trident University International, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and an Associates of Science in General Education from Troy University. His military schooling includes: Airborne, Ranger, Pathfinder, Jump Master, Air Assault, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape High Risk (SERE), PLDC, BNCOC, ANCOC, First Sergeant’s Course, Battle Staff NCO Course, Sergeants Major Course, Class #52, and the Command Sergeant Major Force Management Course. Chris is a Distinguished Member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, the 187th Infantry Regiment, the 502d Infantry Regiment, and is a recipient of the National Infantry Association’s Order of St. Maurice, Primicerius Award and the US Armor and Calvary Association’s Order of St. George.

Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Vern joined our Yorktown Team in early 2014 with over 30 years of experience leading organizations to achieve their goals. Vern is an Army veteran with multiple tours of duty in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Since joining Yorktown, Vern has served as a Project Manager and Vice President for Yorktown’s Operational Solutions Division, overseeing numerous contracts and task orders supporting our customers around the globe. As Yorktown’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, he leads the planning, development, and implementation of corporate mid to long term plans designed to enhance enterprise value and achieve sustainable business growth.
Vern holds a Master of Public Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Vice President, Human Resources
As the Vice President for Human Resources, Kathy is responsible for providing strategic leadership to all facets of human resources at Yorktown, with the goal of providing a customer-centric, exceptional employee experience.
Kathy’s background includes HRIS integration, total rewards design, human resources development, workforce planning, employee relations, and policy development.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Technology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Prior to joining Yorktown, Kathy served in various human resources roles with government contractors, business and commercial communications providers, and natural gas distributors.

Vice President, Operations
Kent is a retired Army officer with 26 years of leadership experience as a field artilleryman, logistician, and simulations operations officer. His assignments in the Army included duty in Mechanized, Airborne, and Air Assault units. Kent is a veteran of Operations Desert Shield / Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Prior to joining Yorktown Systems Group, Kent served with Northrop Grumman Mission Systems as the Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) and Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (RAM) Warn Integrated Product Support Manager.
Kent joined Yorktown Systems Group in March 2018 as the Director of Operations, Operational Solutions Division. He assumed the duties of Vice President for Operational Solutions Division in July 2019, overseeing numerous Yorktown contracts and task orders supporting our customers around the globe.
Kent holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in Management/Management Information Systems from University of Maryland University College. His military awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (2nd Award), Meritorious Service Medal (4th Award), Joint Service Commendation, Joint Service Achievement Medal, National Defense Service, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, Global Service Ribbon, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia), Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait), Parachutist Badge, and Air Assault Badge.

Associate VP, Contracts and Administration
As the associate Vice President (AVP) for Contracts and Administration, Kevin is responsible for directing the strategic planning of all YSG Contracts, Security, PMO, and Travel functions. He has 13 years of experience working in the Government contracting industry fulfilling various Contracts, Proposal, and Management roles in support of small, midsize, and large business endeavors. Kevin’s accomplishments include his support of the DoD, MDA, GSA, DoE as well as other Federal and Commercial customers.
Kevin holds a Master of Arts in English with a certificate in Technical Communication from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama. He is a Certified Federal Contract Manager and a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Project Management Institute.
