Huntsville, AL – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (Yorktown), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), announced Co-Employees of the Quarter Mike Langley and Richard Funke today.
Mike Langley works on the Combined Arms Center U.S. Army Personnel Recovery Proponent Office Training and Education Support contract in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He has had a significant impact in helping his team to accomplish several milestones in a short amount of time. With his help his team has developed Individual Common and Specific tasks for the US Army High Risk SERE-C course in under 12 months. Mike also assisted in the full development of SERE-C Specific lesson plans and is currently working on the progression of a valid POI for the SERE-C course.

Richard Funke works as a subject matter expert consultant on the Advanced Situational Awareness (ASA) program for Yorktown. Rich has participated in the Program Evaluation Office pilot program and has worked on surveys and a database to capture the impact of the ASA program on the Army. Rich represented Yorktown and ASA in the Maneuver Center of Excellence Squad Overmatch testing and played a key part instructing the Soldiers during the test. Rich has also been an integral part of the ASA Advance Course Program.
