Huntsville, AL – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (Yorktown), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is happy to announce the recognition of Mr. Dan Dail as the Employee of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter of 2015.
Dan Dail works on the Training Effectiveness Analysis (TEA) Task Order in support of the Training Support, Analysis and Integration Directorate at Fort Eustis, VA. He has been working on this effort for just over a year and was promoted to Senior Training Effectiveness Analyst in April 2015.
Dan has been instrumental to Yorktown’s success in this task order. Dan reviews the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System documents to ensure they meet the trainability requirement. He also coordinates multiple drafts of the Post-Fielding Training Effectiveness Analysis report for the Homestation Instrumented Training System. He was tasked to develop the draft study plan and draft surveys to support a TEA for the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) G-2's Operational Environment Training Support Center, an ongoing effort that Dan has performed brilliantly.
Sean Mahan, Yorktown’s Fort Eustis Site Lead, said “Dan ensured several projects stayed on track as part of the two-person effort on the task order. Time and again he has shown the customer that he can quickly adapt to whatever mission is assigned to him.”
