Yorktown announces a contract award to continue to provide Advanced Situational Awareness (ASA) support services at Ft. Benning, GA

Huntsville, AL – Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (Yorktown), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), announced today that it signed an agreement with Fort Benning, GA to provide an expert team who will supply the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) with exceptional Advanced Situational Awareness (ASA) Support Services; a Task Order under the MCoE Suite 1 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. 

Supporting the 316th Cavalry Brigade and the MCoE at Fort Benning, Yorktown will provide ASA Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist the military instructional teams in the delivery of resident and Mobile Training Team (MTT) instruction related to observation, human behavior recognition, and pattern analysis as part of the ASA Basic and Advanced Courses.  Yorktown SMEs and Instructors will also provide refinement of course materials, scenario development and validation and review of all training products in support of the ASA Program.  The ASA MTTs train Soldiers around the world on how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations and/or threats while conducting operations.
