Our leadership team is composed primarily of Veterans who are now serving in a corporate environment rather than in uniform. Our company's name was conceived from the last major battle of the Revolutionary War, the Battle of Yorktown. Our nation's freedom was won because the right resources were brought together at the right time through a strong partnership that was determined to succeed.

Because of the depth and experiences of our corporate leadership, we can assure all our customers that "we will do what we say we can do" and will focus on our customer's missions rather than corporate goals. Bryan Dyer - President/Chief Executive Officer

    • MBA and BBA, with over 27 years of experience in leading large organizations;
    • Retired military officer, with a distinguished military career as an Infantryman and Comptroller;
    • Assignments ranged from duty in Special Operations units to commanding an infantry battalion;
    • Founder of Yorktown Systems Group, Inc.

 

Nancy Acquavella - Chief Administrative Officer

    • Recognized leader in the Government contracting industry with 15 years' experience in Business Development, Proposal Management, Contract Management, and Marketing;
    • Proposal Manager responsible for winning VA T4 ($12B IDIQ), FORSCOM OPTARSS II ($2.5B), CECOM R2-3G ($16.4B IDIQ), AATD SPOTS V ($50M IDIQ), CECOM IMOD ($4B IDIQ);
    • Lead Executive responsible for simultaneous management of multiple IDIQ Contract Vehicles, ensuring the submission of hundreds of Task Order-level proposals annually;
    • Twice restructured Proposal Development Business Units, efforts resulting in increased throughput, revenues, and ISO certified processed and procedures.

 

Nick Fuller - Vice President, Training and Education Solutions

    • Over 25 years of experience in training and resource management;
    • Retired Army officer, with a distinguished career as both a Senior Non-Commissioned and Field Grade Officer;
    • Possesses a wealth of knowlege in training development, execution and evaluation gained over 23 years of military service in demanding assignments
    • Assignments ranged from duty in Airborne, Light Infantry, Mechanized and Special Operations units;
    • Planned, coordinated, and executed over 65 mobile training events providing individual and collective Counter-IED training for over 14,000 warfighters in the past three years

 

Dave Dolph - Vice President, Financial and Management Services

    • MBA and BBA, with over 28 years leadership experience in resource management organizations
    • Retired military officer, with a distinguished military career as an Artilleryman and Comptroller
    • Assignments ranged from duty in artillery units to Director of Resource Management at a major overseas installation
    • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), with resource management experience from Budget Analyst to Director of Resource Management in garrison and contingency operations
